Who runs
the agency.
Who it's for.

Heartbeat Creative LLC is a New York-registered full-funnel marketing agency founded in 2024 by Nathanael Greklek. We serve small and medium businesses in the 518 Capital Region: Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, and the surrounding towns. Retainers run $1,500 to $5,500+ per month.

The founder

Nathanael
Greklek.

Marketing operator with deep roots in Capital Region small business. Heartbeat exists because most of the agencies sold to SMBs are either too generic, too expensive, or too obsessed with vanity metrics. Heartbeat is none of those.

Founder leads strategy on every account through onboarding and the first 90 days. After that, the operator stays on monthly review.

Why it's called Heartbeat

The pulse is
personal.

Heartbeat Creative is named after an actual heartbeat. Founder Nathanael Greklek was born with Tetralogy of Fallot — a congenital heart defect, usually repaired with open-heart surgery in the first year of life.

The pulse line in the logo is not a marketing device. It is the rhythm he was born fighting to keep. It is on every storefront, ad, and billboard we touch, and it traces back to one.

That is why the work does not stop at the agency. Nathanael is an advocate for congenital heart disease awareness and for the cardiac kids — the children and families living the same diagnosis he did.

A heartbeat is the one thing you can't fake. Neither is the work.

Positioning

What Heartbeat is.
What it is not.

What it is

A full-funnel growth partner.

A marketing agency that owns the entire pipeline from first impression to booked revenue. Five service lines. One rhythm. Every dollar measured.

What it is not

A content shop. A social agency.

Not a posting service. Not a logo-and-website outfit. Not a vanity-metrics vendor. Plenty of those exist. We are the partner you hire when you are done with that pattern.
